The Invention can compromise a central crown with dual opposing visor/bills.

The primary visor smaller visor-bill, is discrete and provides flexibility to the wearer when there is not much sunlight. 

The secondary visor-bill, is larger and provides a user/wearer; with shade from the sun on hotter days, when the larger vjsor-bill is required.
